This is it!!! Now we got great guests, we have unbelievably talented and cool vendors, all we need now is you, your relatives, your friends, neighbors that you don’t talk too, etc., to come through the door and support Independent horror everything!

Again folks, let’s keep it simple, let’s have fun, let’s support each other, and make Grossfest continue year after year. And beforehand thank yinz for coming! (And yes, we do have another random gift bag giveaway for one lucky person on Friday and Saturday coming through the door.)

(The Grossfest convention is on the bottom floor of the hotel. If needed you will be directed by the front desk and also if you come in that way there is steps off to the right down the hallway that will lead yinz to us! Otherwise there is a door out back that leads directly to Grossfest also.)

Need to reserve a room call (412) 244-1600

Tickets: $10 at the door for one day or $15 to hang on both days (no matter what you must pay admission at the door to get into Grossfest 2024 and to also get a tattoo from the great Angel O’Connor. No the tattoos are not free, Angel sets her prices, no one under 18 will get a tattoo, she will be doing small ones 30 to 60 minutes on average) NO EXCEPTIONS!

Grossfest 2024 movie list

Friday, August 2nd

Hexercise 4:15-4:35pm

Dreams of the Dead 4:35-6pm (premiere)

A Soul’s Window 6-6:25pm (premiere)

Tret 6:25-6:45pm (premiere)

The Blue Hole 6:45-8:25/8:30ish (premiere and some cast and crew on hand after showing)

Happy Hour Holocaust 3 8:30-10pm (premiere)

(Close for the evening)

Saturday, August 3rd

Most of us will be slow moving but Hexercise will be playing about 10:30 or so for people who have the two-day passes/wristbands and waiting for the doors to open.

The Grossfest mystery film, come see what it is at 11:05am!

Body Count 12:30-2:15 (premiere)

2:15-2:25pm Grossfest Lifetime Achievement Award is announced!

Swamp Woman 2:25-3:30pm

Psycho Ape 2 3:30-4:40pm (premiere)

Yinz excited for Grossfest 2024 yet?! We are only weeks away so we hope yinz got your hotel reservations set, your vacation days in at work, and ready to have some independent cinema fun as we have stated before: We got the guests! New guests added to Grossfest 2024!

Grossfest got some excellent news this week from Jessa Flux about her fulfilling her dream! We support this and already have it in the works of working to bring her in for Grossfest 2025? So of course we always have a list of great independent people to bring in so let’s waste no time greeting and introducing our next two guests for Grossfest 2024 as they are super talented and sure yinz will love them:

Roni Jonah started her career as a professional wrestler, managing Mike “The Miz” Mizanin. From there, she became a staple on the indie film scene, appearing in nearly 80 films. Including fan favorites Shark Exorcist 1 and 2, Thrust, Deadly Dealings and The Wicked Ones among others. Definitely keep a look out for Roni starring alongside Erin Brown (aka Misty Mundae) in the upcoming Scream Dream.

Jason Crowe, a Kentucky native started his film career with a bang, landing the lead role in the now cult classic zombie film, “Dead Moon Rising.” Since then, Jason, a “fearless” actor known for immersing himself within a character, won best actor for his honest portrayal of Josh in Harvest Lake, and has continued on in films such as The Bad Man, Space Babes from Outer Space, The Wicked Ones and Hooker with a Hacksaw.
