Join us for a fun filled night as we raise money to support the Scares that Care organization. Last years event was a great success that raised over $2,200 for the organization. This year we hope to raise even more.

We will be showing George Romero’s “Martin” and will be joined by the star of the film John Amplas. We will be adding more actors and actresses from the film soon.
At this time it will be shown digital but we are working on finding a 35mm print. Either way it’s a fun event helping a great organization.
Schedule of events:
6:00 PM – the doors open
6:30 PM – John Amplas and other Martin guests available for autographs. John will be charging for his autograph but is donating everything to Scares that Care.
7:45 PM – Silent auction winners annouced and 50/50 winner annouced.
8:00 PM – “Martin” begins
9:40 PM – Q&A with John and other guests
Artist Terry Callen is creating a special 11×17 poster for this event. There will be a limited amount of posters printed for this event.
We will let you know when tickets can be pre-ordered. We recommend getting your tickets in advance. Recent fundraisers at the Hollywood have sold out quickly.
There will be two ticket options:
$25 gets you your movie ticket and a copy of the limited edition poster which will be autographed at no charge.
$10 gets you admission to the event.
In addition to being a fundraiser for a great charity we will also be celebrating a birthday, John Amplas! John is very excited to celebrate his birthday with everyone and he picked the date for the event for this very reason.

Joining the cast are Dan Stevens (Downton Abbey); Ruth Wilson (ANNA KARENINA); Boyd Holbrook (THE HOST, MILK); David Harbour (SNITCH, END OF WATCH); Mark Consuelos (American Horror Story); and recording artist / U.S. X Factor (season 1) fan favorite, Astro.
Written and to be directed by Academy Award® nominated Scott Frank (OUT OF SIGHT, THE LOOKOUT), the film is based on one of 17 Matt Scudder novels written by acclaimed crime novelist Lawrence Block. The Scudder series has been in print for over 40 years and translated into over 20 languages.
